Harro is going to Germany this weekend to visit his best friend, his wife, their son, Simon (also Harros godchild) and their newborn child, David. So everytime we go there we take presents for Simon with us. Since Simon has a little brother now Harro wanted to take something with him for David as well. So when it comes to children and toys, I'm the specialist. So today I went (of course) to IKEA. Because we have sooo nice and funny things and toys for children so these are the things I bought:

LCHF

Eftersom jag ska gå ner 11-12 kilo till operationen jag ska göra har jag nu börjat med LCHF, jag har kört det tidigare men det har inte funkat lika bra då för att jag har jag inte kört det lika strikt som nu. Nu kör jag ganska strikt LCHF och det ger resultat. Jag började förra måndagen, dvs. den 18/11. Idag den 25/11 har jag gått ner 2,7 kg i vikt sedan starten! Det mest fantastiska är att jag inte känt mig hungrig eller så. Det enda är att jag avstår från kolhydratrik kost. Det jobbigaste för mig att avstå ifrån är bröd och potatis, främst pommes och chips. Godis har aldrig varit min svaghet, men däremot de saker jag just nämnt.   Det jobbigaste var de tre första dagarna måndag-onsdag. Jag riktigt kände hur kroppen skrek efter kolhydrater. Jag var dåsig och trött och otroligt hungrig hela tiden. Enligt LCHF-experter är detta väldigt vanligt och det man får göra är att helt enkelt fylla på med den mat man får äta tills man känner sig mätt, även vatten är viktigt. Det är al...

Long time ago....

....since I wrote oruploaded pictures now. But now there is a BIG update.... So here we go.... This is from July last year.....we found a house in wich we moved to in December... This is from just before christmas. Of course we had to have a KOLDBY in front of the open stove... Lovely....the cats think so too by the way....if you don't look out you don't see them an almost stumble over them.... *hehe* The Christmas-Tree 2009... 4. February 2010....such a beautiful morning....like an ocean of mist and dew in the valley... The picture is taken from outside the house... The first BIG project in our house. Coulour and refresh the dressing-room. First day, taking all old ugly shelfs off. Filling the holes and making new ones for the new shelfs. Thaks to our friends who helped us. Harros Birthday

The Birthdaycake, wich I made myself. With a bought cake-bottom, vanilla-cream, raspberrys, and cream. It was sooo tasty. I normally do not like cake that much. But this one was great ;-P With candles Presents from me to Harro =) Slippers, Jamie Oliver Flavour Shaker, Jamie Oliver Salt and Pepper Mill, Navyboot bag and a face cream wit much C-vitamines from The Body Shop. We also had our friends Renee and Kajsa here and they had bought Harros favourite Whiskey as present, what a coincidence.
