Tre veckor sedan operationen

Hejsan! Kände att det var dags att skriva lite nu igen efter att lite tid har gått. Nu är jag inne på min tredje vecka efter operationen. Första veckan var kämpig och sedan har det gått bättre och bättre. Men jag börjar lära känna min mage och kropp nu. Det jag kan konstatera är att det inte är lätt. Det är exempelvis så att jag knappt kan äta någon typ av halvfabrikat eller restaurangmat för jag dumpar helt enkelt direkt. Det är förmodligen allt fett som jag reagerar på. Dumpingen visar sig hos mig på så sätt att jag blir illamående, värmevallningar, blir väldigt trött, blir snurrig och till och med kan känna det som att armarna och benen nästan domnar av delvis. Troligen är det så att blodet strömmar i all hast till magen för att kunna ta hand om maten men att resten av kroppen blir lidande av det. Det är inget vidare trevligt. Härom dagen var vi exempelvis på IKEA där vi tänkte äta lunch. Jag beställde en kycklingfilé (som ju i vanliga fall brukar vara kanonbra för mig att ä...
