Glad

Efter en veckas undvikande av kolhydrater (LCHF men inte extra fett) och inget undvikande men heller inget överdrivande av frukt kan jag meddela att jag har gått ner 1 1/2 kilo igen.


Jag har utgått ifrån främst recept från den LCHF tidning som finns som bilaga till Expressen i tidningshyllan. Jag brukar köpa den och tycker det är väldigt bra recept med mycket idéer och tips, kan varmt rekommenderas! Kan alltså gladerligen gå vidare på samma väg nu, nu ska kilona bort, den 9:e juni är det dags!

So....

...I have decided that I do not want to write about all the sad things that have happened. Those who are supposed to know, know it allready, and it is nothing I want to tell the whole world. It is still not over yet, but life does go on and we pray every day that it will be better and we beleave it will be better. So I'm going to continnue with the good things in life that are happening. Here is the house we hope to be able to rent in the future. We have been there looking at it, an it is great!
